Hild by Nicola Griffith (Farrar, Straus and Giroux) won the 2014 Washington State Book Award in the Fiction category, presented October 10, 2014 in a ceremony at the Seattle Public Library. Winners in various categories are selected by jury and receive a $500 honorarium.
