Authors and small-press publishers are eligible to nominate, and need not be members of WSFA. The award committee for this year is: Colleen Cahill (Chair), Cathy Green, Paul Haggerty, Gayle Surrettee, Meagen Voss, and Carolyn Frank (Administrator).
