Artist Dean Ellis, 88, died October 12, 2009 at home in Saratoga Springs, New York. Born 1920 in Detroit MI, Ellis studied at the Cleveland Institute of Art and the Boston Museum School of Fine Arts, and served in the Pacific during WWII.
