Note that some sources do not compile paperback bestsellers, and some exclude YA books (like the Harry Potter series) from their hardcover and paperback fiction lists.

The notable debut this week is James Patterson's The Final Warning (Little, Brown), fourth book in the Maximum Ride YA series. It's only on one list this week, but it ranks an impressive #2 on the combined USA Today list. Jim Butcher's Small Favor (Roc) -- Small Favour in the UK (Orbit) -- just published today, jumps to #14 at Amazon and debuts at #32 at Amazon UK; expect it on print lists in the next week or two.
