Terry Goodkind's Phantom (Tor) still ranks high on several lists, placing #1 at Publishers Weekly.
Two other books debut on print lists this week: Harry Turtledove's Settling Accounts: The Grapple (Del Rey), and Mercedes Lackey & James Mallory's When Darkness Falls (Tor). Both are runners-up on the NY Times fiction hardcover list, and rank low on Amazon's list.
