Gowar Nominated for Times Breakthrough Award

Imogen Hermes Gowar’s The Mermaid and Mrs. Hancock (Harvill Secker) is one of ten nominees for the Times Breakthrough Award, a category of the South Bank Sky Arts Awards that recognizes outstanding new British artists. A “panel of Times judges” will determine the winner, who will receive a trophy at an awards ceremony broadcast on Sky Arts on July 1, 2018.
