Amazing Stories Returns to Print

Following a successful crowdfunding campaign, Amazing Stories is relaunching as a quarterly print fiction magazine, with the first issue scheduled to coincide with Worldcon 76 in San Jose this August. Steve Davidson is publisher, and Ira Nayman is managing editor. The magazine is open to fiction submissions (guidelines here). The first version of Amazing Stories launched in 1926 and was owned by various companies over the years; the last print edition appeared in February 2005. Davidson acquired the lapsed trademark in 2011, and launched an online version in 2012.

Locus Magazine, Science Fiction FantasyWhile you are here, please take a moment to support Locus with a one-time or recurring donation. We rely on reader donations to keep the magazine and site going, and would like to keep the site paywall free, but WE NEED YOUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT to continue quality coverage of the science fiction and fantasy field.
