Mythic Delirium Closes

Locus Magazine, Science Fiction FantasyWith the April 2018 issue, Mike Allen’s fiction and poetry magazine Mythic Delirium is closing after 20 years. In his editorial, Allen says,

I’m putting Mythic Delirium on what those of us in Smallpressville call ‘indefinite hiatus.’ Put more plainly, the zine is coming to an end—though I reserve the right to bring it back, should the course of my career deliver me to a point where (re)starting a magazine feels like the right thing to do.

This is the 20th issue since the magazine became digital only, and the 50th overall, with Mythic Delirium #1 published in spring 1998. Mythic Delirium Books will continue to publish books.
