The Well of Lost Plots (Viking), the latest in Jasper Fforde's series of literary fantasies, debuts on 2 lists this week, ranking in the top 10 hardcover fiction titles at BookSense. Other debuts this week: a Star Trek novel by John Vornholt, A Time to Die (Pocket), is #114 on USA Today's combined list; a 64-page Artemis Fowl novel by Eoin Colfer, The Seventh Dwarf (Puffin), is #37 on BookScan's children's list; and the next Neal Stephenson novel, The Confusion (Morrow), due April 13, shows up at #54 on Amazon Canada's top 100. Note that some sources do not compile paperback bestsellers, and some exclude YA books (like the Harry Potter series) from their hardcover and paperback fiction lists.
